an official register wherein entries relating to reports, occurrences, observations at the stations and the mpvements of persons, arms and ammunition and other articles are chronologically recorded.

what are the duties of the second division officer in charge of the Police Station/ Branch/ Section/Unit in relation to the Station Diary?
A
on the front cover of the station diary, the words:
* “Date Commenced”
- “Date Completed”
- “Date Due For Destruction”
- Record the serial number of the register in the “Completed Books” register.
- Each page of Station Diary is #”ed consecutively.
- Sign a certificate on the last page of the Station Diary showing that each page is correctly numbered consecutively.
