Tambien tiene el derecho a ver,oir, interrogar y contrainterrogar a los testigos que declaren en su contra durante el juicio. Tambien tiene el derecho a convocar testigos para declaren a su favor y que a esos testigos sean citados judicialmente para obligarlos a comparecer en el juzgado sin costo alguno para usted.
