Stat Server Statistical Model Flashcards
Stat Type
Definition configured in the Stat Server option. The parameters are Object, Formula, Subject, Category, Mask.
Statistics
Return Values based off metrics(Stat type, time profile, time ranges, filter) against the object ID that are requested by clients.
Category
Determines how to calculate a statistic on the basis of one or two lists of actions (masks)
The information to collect such as aggregation (How).
Combinations: Sum,average, short to long, big to small
Data elements - duration(time) and existence(Count.)
Subject
It is the where (AgentStatus)
Object
What the stat server tracks and generates statistics value for (Who)
Mask
It is the what (Mask actions). Action listed maintain statistical aggregation value.
Metrics
Consist of Stat Type, Time Profile, Time Ranges, and Filter
Init Log
Information that shows start up initialization and configuration changes
Client Log
Show request/events from and sent to Client
TServer Log
Shows messages received from T-server
Status Log
Status of the object and state changes.
Action Log
List of durable actions for DN following event for that specific DN
check-stuck-call
Option that State Server uses to check for stuck calls
SQL Log
Show DB Request
Business Filters
Set Up in the Option tab in the Filter section. Define filters that exclude calls based on criteria in logical condition. Allows to restrict Actions being taken into account during aggregation computation.
