Place calls are placed that allows third party call control. The switch waits for instructions on where to direct the call from host application.

URS Licensing
When the URS see that a login agent appears as a validate target for a call it will allocate a licenses to the agent. Licenses is freed when agent logs out, URS restarted, or agent is disabled in the CME. Agent cannot not manually give up a license into account. If agent reaches number of licenses checked out than URS generates the Licensing Violation message for new logged in agent.
Verbose Option
Logging in URS that is located in the default section of the URS Options. Values are 0 to 5.
VerboseLevel
Section in the Optiopn tabs that allow user to turn off printing of a specific line number
