  • Pin repairs are washed each night and hung first thing each morning. They go straight to mending to have requested repair completed or replaced

• Press garments are separated by the SSR on the truck, unload gives them to the wash alley operator to wash in the pony washer. Press is given to the press operator to be pressed and blended into the route.

  • 2nd sort checks the mender rail and late rail for late garments and pulls them in at 2nd sort.
  • Audit checks the late rail before the start of each route and blends in any lates missed by 2nd sort.

• Shakeout- incentive shirts= 245 - incentive file
• Pants= 250 - incentive file
• Sorts= 1st/3rd- 1800, 2nd – 1600, audit- 900 (scanning) Labor audit
• Bulk-incentive= rate varies by product
• Mats-125/hour
- press 90/hour

  • Proper soil separation
  • Ergonomics
  • Watching incentive partners with high rates. Partners running over 120% rate might be sacrificing quality for speed. There is no need to work over 120% rate.
