Q

What is an example of differential staining

A

U add a stain causing one colour to show up. You then add another stain fixing it to only one type out of the twos features. You then add alcohol removing the stain that isn’t fixed. You then add a stain that only shows up when the first stain isn’t present. Allowing you to differentiate between the two types.
