Optimise risk factors like
Smoking, glycemic control, htn, lipids, weight, alcohol

First line management?
A
Conservative management plus
GTN AND beta-blocker or calcium channel blocker

Second line management?
A
Combine beta blocker and long acting dihydropyridine ccb

Third line management?
A
PCI may be needed
ACEi for patients with db and htn

Initial investigations?
A
ECG and blood tests, such as fbc to exclude anaemia, thyroid function
CT coronary angiography if ecg shows ischaemia changes
