The team has more strategies and has a clear visor and clear aims
No interference or participation from the leader
Focus on achieving goals
Team members are trusted to get on with the job in hand with little interference
Disagreements occur but are now resolved within the team positively and the team makes necessary changes to processes and structure.
No need for instruction
Team can work and be personable at the same time.
Social loafing
An individual losing motivation due to losing absence of identity due to being placed in a group.
Ringelmann effect
When the average individual performance decreases and the group size increases.
Smart goals

Concerns the motivation which attracts individuals to the group and the resistance of those members in the group from breaking up.
