Hands - Normal

Eyes - May have pallor

Chest - Normal

Abdo - Normal

Palpation - Splenomegaly - REMEMBER YOU CANT GET ABOVE SPLEEN

Percussion - Dull over spleen

Bowel sounds - Normal

To finish the exam i would like - to do a PR, check the groin for hernia and do urinalysis

By the bed - History, obs

Bloods - FBC and blood film to look for malignancy or myeloproliferative, LFTs

ABG

Other - US and CT abdomen
