What are the speed brakes limitations?
A
No Speed limitation however must be stowed by 50ft before landing.

Can you retract the speed brakes in Emergency mode?
A
No.
In the event of an electrical failure, the Safety valve will spring load open allowing the speed brakes to blow in trail.
In the event of a Dual Hydraulic Pump Failure or fluid loss, moving the control switch to RETRACT will de-energise the Control Valve and the speed brakes will blow in trail.
