2. Visibility moisture (such as cloud and fog with visibility of 1 mile or less, rain snow, sleet or ice crystals.
3. RAT is Less than +10 degrees C, on the ground and Ramps, taxiways, or runways where snow, ice, standing water or slush maybe ingested by the engines or freeze on engine nacelles or engine sensor probes.
