A

NO.
1. However if there is a leak the pump will run.
2. Pull circuit breaker and save fluid

Why do you keep feet off brakes when Emergency Braking?

A

To prevent the rupturing of the Hydraulic Reservoir

Note: the shuttle valve with open allowing high pressure air to rupture the Hydraulic Reservoir.

NO:

Note: Because the brake fail warning system relies on the main DC electrical BUS which are unpowered in EMERGENCY mode.
