Can you retract the flaps with no hydraulic pressure?
A
No.
However if the flap lever is moved, the flap solenoid will be de-energised and the flaps may blow upwards depending on the airflow.

What happens to the flaps if you must go around with no hydraulic pump working?
A
Place flap handle UP, Flaps will be in trail and may blow upwards depending on air loading.
Note: The Flap solenoid valve does NOT work in Emergency.

What about if you have normal hydraulic and no electric power, how will the flaps react?
A
No Flaps.
Note: Flap solenoid does not work in EMERGENGY
