dom index fingertip touching fleshy part of dom thumb, rest of fingers in fist (should look like a little O), shoulder height, palm facing away from body; flick dom index finger away from body a couple of times

both hands touching, palms together, fingers pointing away from body; rotate hands together so fingers pointing up. (looks like you’re praying)
