this sparkling wine is a vibrant wine with balanced acidity. It is also complex and layered with aromas of apples and citrus.
Food pairings: fresh oysters or other shellfish, caviar, or even our Mediterranean Branzino fish. It would also pair well with hard cheeses.
If a guest asks for a Prosecco wine, offer them this sparkling wine.

(Non-vintage Champagne) this is a very traditional champagne with aromas of white blossoms and stone fruits (pear & apple). It’s crisp and clean on the palette with a mouth watering acidity.
Pairings: oysters or a high fat dish with butter or cream. Our Atlantic Salmon, the Cauliflower Risotto, homemade gnocchi
Jansz Tasmania Premium Rosé $25
The Jansz Non Vintage Rosé is refreshing and elegant with delicious notes of strawberries and cream. It’s a very approachable wine for many as it is both an Old World and New World wine.
Food pairings: spicy ceviche, salmon, fried foods, hamachi or anything with richness and weight. It would also pair well with our cheeses.

2014 Rosé has an aroma similar to cranberry scones. It has a richness and creaminess that is balanced with acidity. It is the highest quality of our sparkling wines by the glass.
What makes this wine unique is the full made red wine that is added to the white which is an ancient technique that truly adds more texture and weight.

2020 Vietti Moscato d’ Asti $16
This Moscato d’ Asti has intense aromas of peaches, rose, and ginger. On the palette, it is deliciously sweet and sparkling with balanced acidity and a finish of fresh apricots.
Food pairings: calamari, or panna cotta or caviar ball dessert.
