High Roller
The High Roller is our vodka martini. We use Beluga Noble Expert Vodka and garnish with 1 blue cheese and prosciutto stuffed olive.
Comes out stirred not shaken.
Road Less Traveled
This gin cocktail features the Botanist gin with a jasmine green tea syrup, lemon and topped with sparkling white wine.
garnish: diamond lemon peel
Late Check Out
This cocktail is like a tropical spiked lemonade with Ketel One Citroen, lychee purée, lemon, and topped with Fever Tree Elderflower tonic
Garnish: lychee and edible purple flower
Strip View
This cocktail is a riff on a rum sour. We use Malabar White Rum, Sorrel syrup which is a classic Jamaican syrup,
Lemon, and an egg white for creaminess.
Garnish: hibiscus flower
Carry on Luggage
400 Conejos Mezcal, Ancho Reyes chili liqueur, and toasted cardamon pineapple syrup and lime juice.
Garnish: black rim salt and pineapple triangle
- If guest asks for a spicy cocktail and bar will add a few dashes of fire water bitters.
Jet Lag
2oz of Lustau Grab Reserva Brandy (sweeter sherry)- maraschino (add in cherry leaves) and Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
Our Jet Lag cocktail is a riff on a Red hook.
Garnish: orange peel wiped around rim then set on top of the edge of the glass
Stirred cocktail
Layover
Our Layover cocktail uses the 2oz to of Glenmorangie X (which is a easy drinking scotch that works best with cocktails) and an apple miso demerara syrup made in house and lime juice.
This is an approachable cocktail that’s very well balanced

International Dateline
This is our version of an old fashion with 2 oz Wild Turkey Rye 101 and our toasted peppercorn date syrup with 3 dashes of orange bitters.
Garnish: half a date
