black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry), herbaceous (subtle capsicum), oak (toast, vanilla, cloves), milk chocolate, caramel; very ripe / preserved fruit character).

Dry, high alc, full body, med(+) acid, med(+) ripe tannins (fine grained), med (+) intensity on the palate, with aromas mirroring the nose, subtle vegetal notes (capsicum / thyme), med (+) finish, with notes of dark chocolate, black fruit and bitter dark cherry.

V. good wine.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from several parcels with different aspects.

Each parcel was vinified separately.

aspects: north-north east; south west and east.

7 days fermentation, 30 days maceration

18 months in oak (30% NFO)

blackfruit (blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry), vegetal (dried herbs - dill and thyme), herbal (lavender, hawthorn), oak (toast, smoke, charred wood, cedar, vanilla), dried fruit (raisin, fig); ripe fruit, without being overripe or jammy; very perfumed.

Dry, high acid, high alc, high tannins (fine grained, firm and chalky), full bodied, pronounced intensity, aromas mirror nose; long evolving finish, with black fruit, dried fruit, dried herbs and oak notes carrying through to the very end.

Oustanding.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the best blocks, harvested and vinified separately.

150 - 300m ASL.

14 days fermentation with further maceration (not specified)

18 months in oak (70% NFO, 30% second use).
