Dry, medium (+) acidity, medium (-) fine-grained tannins, medium alcohol, light body, medium intensity, flavour mirror nose with a touch more floral notes, medium (+) finish with florals and cinnamon

100% Gamay, manually harvested form 50 yo vines
7-9 days of maceration
Aged for 7 months in a combination of stainless steel and cement vats
Medium purple in colour, clear appearance
pronounced in Intensity
black fruit (bluberries, blackberries, black cherry), red fruit (red plum, red cherry), floral (lavender), other (bubble bum, kirsch, banana), oak (toast & vanilla); well define aromas, with a ripe fruit character.
Dry, med (+) in acidity, med (+) tannins (chalky, fine grained), med alc, med body, med(+) intensity on the palate, flavours mirror the nose, with a more accentuded fresh cherry / kirsch note. long finish finish, with bright cherry & toast / vanilla notes at the end.

Perrachon family first acquired a domaine in Julienas in 1877.
