Any unprotected exposure with an agent that may cause illness or disease (ie needle-stick injury, non-intact skin, mucous membranes, failure of PPE)

- when arriving prior to ambulance, Captain shall ensure personnel having contact with the patient is limited to 2 persons (using Pandemic PPE)
