- Returned to station in compartment of truck (not in cab).
- Place bag into waste receptacle - if bag does not fit place beside receptacle and call A&M to procure pick up by waste disposal company

What is done with the yellow form when the defibrillator was used?(2)
- Ensure the yellow copy of the is completed by the defibrillator operator
- Ensure the completed yellow copy is place into a sealed confidential envelope and left at the station for the medical training officer

Sealed confidential envelope and forwarded to division of training.
