1. IC will ensure the structure is secure to guard against unlawful entry
2. area of origin and cause shall be recorded in fire reporting
3. a report will be generated by the platoon chief and forwarded o the on-duty chief and on-call fire prevention officer when a fire loss exceeds $100000.00
4. personnel shall complete a witness statement form if the fire is under investigation.
