Popular culture
aka mass culture, culture of ordinary people. includes objects, preferences, tastes that are widespread in society. includes popular music, goods/services for mass market, movies, tv, fashion trends
culture
a complex collection of values, beliefs, behaviours, and material objects shared by a group and passed on from one generation to the next
