Attention
Able to pay attention to the behaviour they are observing
Retention
Able to consciously remember the behaviour observed (processing, memory storage)
Reproduction
Able to reproduce the behaviour they observed
Motivation
Must have a reason or motivation to perform the behaviour
Reinforcement
Any event that strengths behaviour / response it follows
Vicarious Reinforcement
The learning of a behavior by observing the positive and negative consequences of the actions of others (observing a model)
