12 minute cooper run
Cardiovascular fitness
Run as far as you can for 12mins
One minute sit up test
Do as many sit-ups as possible in a minute
Hand grip dynamometer
Squeeze the grips together with your strongest hand to measure your strength.
One minute press up test
Do as many press ups as you can in a minute
30 m sprint
Run 30 m as quick as you can against the other racers.
Vertical jump
Jump as high as you can with a run up of a maximum of two steps.
Illinois agility test
You will run 60 metres in total for this test and you should aim to do it in under 20 seconds
Harvard step test
Step on a bench every 2 seconds for 5 minutes
Sit and reach
You have to keep your legs straight and reach as far as you can and mush a ruler with you to measure your distance
