Wrench or twisted ligament. Can occur when stretching or tearing a tissue. Mistiming a tackle in football. Be careful before going in for a tackle

Twist, pull or tear of a muscle or tendon, can occur when a sprinter pulls his hamstring if he has not warmed up properly. Must warm up properly.
