12 minute cooper run/swim
Run for as much as you can for 12 mins within 200m
Havard step test
Step on a bench once every two second for 5 mins and see how many times you can do it and try to improve your score next time. This should help cardio vascular fitness
One minute sit up
Lie on a mat with your knees bent and try to do as many sit ups as you can. This should help your muscular endurance
Sit and reach test
Sit down on the floor with your legs straight and reach your arms out and reach as far as you can. Try and improve your reach distance. This should help you with your flexibility
Hand grip test
With your strongest hand squeeze as hard as you can and your partner will measure your score. This will help you with your strength.
One minute press up test
Lie on the ground and do as many press ups as you can. This will help you with muscular endurance
30m sprint
Run as fast as you can for 30 m and time yourself. After this try and improve your time. This will help you with speed.
Vertical jump
Jump as high as you can with your hands up. Try to reach higher and improve. This will help you with power.
Illinois agility test.
Start by lying down on your front and then you need to get up and run in between cones for 60ml try and beat your time. This will improve agility.
