What are the two phases to a cooldown?

A
  1. A light jog or another physical cardiovascular activity ( cardiovascular phase ) but aiming to gradually decrease our heart rate to our resting level ( 5-10 mins )
  2. 10-15 minutes of stretching, hold for 30-35 secs
