A

This is so you dont have too much fat so your weight is increased and it will lower your chances at getting diseases

A

Your weight in kg divided by your height in m squared

Weight = 60kg
Height = 1.65m
Height squared = 2.72 m squared
60/2.72 = 22

  1. Cardiovascular fitness - to be able to be able to run around the pitch at a good speed for 90 mins
  2. Muscular endurance - to make sure he can use his muscles for 90 mins of time without getting tired
  3. Body composition - to have a healthy balance of muscle and fat
  4. Flexibility - to make sure he can execute his skills, passing and shooting the best he can
  5. Muscular strength - to be able to compete with a defender using his muscles
