Havard step test
Test focuses on cardio vascular fitness . Step up nto a standard gym bench once every 2 seconds for 5 mins . (150 steps in total)
12 minute cooper run
This test focuses on cardio vascular fitness. Using a 200m square , run as far as possible in 12 mins
One minute sit up test
This test focuses on muscular endurance. Start each sit up with your back on the floor then see how many sit ups you can complete in 1 min
Sit and reach test
This test focuses on flexibility. Place feet flat againgst the bench , reach as far as you can whilst your legs being fully straight.
Hand grip test
This test focuses on muscular strength.squeeze the grips together to measure your strength. Hold the grip for 3 seconds .
One minute press up
This test focuses on muscular endurance . Complete as many press ups as possible in 1 min. MKe sure that elbows are bent around 90 degrees when doing this.
30 metre sprint test
This test focuses on speed. From a standing start , sprint from the start to the finish line.
Vertical jump
This test focuses on power. Raise your arm and touch as high up the wall as you can .
Illinois agility test.
This test focuses on agility. Follow a certain route . This test is 10 metres long but you will run 60m in total
