The percentage of body weight that is muscle,fat or bone .

Taking your weight in kg and dividing it by how old your are .
Power
The ability to do strength performance quickly (strength x speed
Balance
The ability to keep the body stable while still or moving .
Agility
The ability to change direction quickly with control .
