Flat and round bone on the kneecap

Higher up bone in the ankle area
Tarsals
5 long bones in each foot ( the middle one between tarsals and phalanges)
Metatarsals
Bone in the toes , the end ones
Phalanges
Known as backbone or spine
Vertabrae
Triangular shaped bones in upper back
Scapula
Bone in the shin which is larger (not fibula)
Tibia
Smaller bone in shin ( not tibia)
Fibula
Functions of skeletal system
Protection of vital organs ( the cranium protecting the brain) Muscle attachment( which provides framework) Joints for movement( allows body to a variety of movements Storing calcium and phosphorus ( vital for maintaining and developing strong and healthy bones)
