The abilty to change position and control the body at speed.
What sports require agility
A football player who plays winger to be able to change the postion to beat the defender.
Balance
Being able to keep the body stable while at rest or on the move.

Cricket when you hit a shot to keep in a firm postion to not move into the stumps.

The ability to use two or more body parts together
