What is the definition of Agility?
Ability to change position and control the body at speed.
What’s the definition of balance?
Being able to keep the body stable while at rest or on the move.
What are the two types of balance?
Static balance & Dynamic balance.
What’s the definition of Co-ordination?
The ability to use two or more body parts at once.
What are the different types of co-ordination?
- Foot - eye co-ordination
- Chest-eye co-ordination
- Head-eye co-ordination
- Hand-eye co-ordination
What’s the definition of power?
The ability to undertake strength performance quickly. Formula is Strength X Speed.
What’s the definition of reactions?
The time between a stimulus and a movement in response to it.
What’s the definition of speed?
The rate at which an individual can perform a movement or cover a distance.
