Why is agility important in sport
In football, e.g. football, a winger would need to be able to change direction to avoid and outwit their defender
Balance
Being able to keep the body stable while at the rest or on the move
Static balance
Is keeping the body stable while stationary
Dynamic balance
Is maintaining a controlled stable position while moving e.g hammer throwing
Co-ordination
The ability to use 2 or more body parts together
Example of using co-ordination
When the ball goes high in the air and the player takes a simple touch to bring down the ball in football

Power
The ability to undertake strength performances quickly, It can be written as a formula
The formula for speed
Strength x speed
Is power part of the aerobic or anerobic feild

The time between a stimulus and a movement in response to it
What sports require reaction time?
A goalkeeper reacting to the striker making contact with the ball when he kicks the ball
