TOMATO-MOZZARELLA BRUSHETTA
Diced tomatoes marinated in olive oil, red wine vinaigrette, garlic, red onions, basil, cilantro, and oregano. Topped with fresh pulled mozzarella, and served over 4 grilled ciabatta bread brushed with garlic olive oil. Served with a mixed greens salad tossed with red wine vinaigrette, and garnished with extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic glaze.
FRIED CALAMARI
Calamari marinated in buttermilk, lightly floured, and fried. Topped with parsley and sprinkled with parmesan. Served with marinara, parsley sprig, and a lemon wedge.
SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP
Creamy spinach and artichoke dip (made with garlic, jalapenos, red pepper, cream, mozzarella, parmesan, and sundried tomatoes) topped with herb bread crumbs. Served with house made pita bread, and garnished with a grape cluster.
HUMMUS & AVOCADO PLATTER
Traditional hummus& Avocado hummus served with grilled pita bread brushed with garlic butter cucumber slices, celery sticks, and an tomato bruschetta relish topped with parmesan cheese. Garnished with extra virgin olive oil.
STUFFED MUSHROOMS
5 mushrooms stuffed with zucchini, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, spinach, panko breadcrumbs, goat cheese, and garlic. Served with a saffron lemon herb caper sauce. Garnished with red pepper sauce and arugula. Vegetarian.
TENDERLOIN SLIDERS
Three tenderloin beef medallions marinated in garlic oil and topped with shallot mayonnaise, arugula leafs, and balsamic shallots, and served on toasted mini brioche rolls. Served with potato strings tossed with truffle oil and parsley. Garnished with bordelaise sauce.
JUMBO LUMP CRAB CAKE
One jumbo lump crab cake served with grilled pineapple and avocado salsa, remoulade and red pepper sauce.

Mini Bacon Cheeseburger
Three mini patties topped with crispy bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, and shallot mayo on a toasted brioche bun and garnished with pickle skewers. Burger topped with apple wood smoked bacon, sharp cheddar cheese and shallot mayo all on brioche bread.
Jumbo Pretzel
Jumbo soft pretzel with housemade cheese sauce and whole grain mustard. Heated in pizza oven, housemade cheese sauce with sharp cheddar.
