ROAST TURKEY WRAP
Oven roast turkey breast with vegetable mascarpone spread, cucumber slices, mixed greens tossed in red wine vinaigrette, red apples slices and cranberry relish. Wrapped in a spinach tortilla, brushed with garlic olive oil and toasted on the panini grill. Served with a choice of fruit, fries, cup of soup, or mixed greens.
EGG SALAD WRAP
Housemade egg salad with celery, green pepper, dill, Dijon mustard, Tabasco, and lemon pepper. Wrapped in a spinach tortilla with vegetable mascarpone spread, roma tomato slices, housemade pickles and bibb lettuce. Served with a choice of fruit, fries, cup of soup, or mixed greens.
CHICKEN SANDWICH
Housemade chicken salad (mayonnaise, curry, craisins, celery, apple, whole grain mustard) with bibb lettuce and grape halves served on a whole-wheat bun. Then brushed with garlic olive oil and toasted. Served with a choice of fruit, fries, cup of soup, or mixed greens.
TUNA SANDWICH
Housemade tuna salad (mayonnaise, celery, red onion, Dijon mustard) with cucumber, tomato, arugula, and olive tapenade served on a whole-wheat bun. Then brushed with garlic olive oil and toasted. Served with a choice of fruit, fries, cup of soup, or mixed greens.
ITALIAN GRINDER
Salami, capicola, mortadella, provolone, lettuce, red wine vinaigrette, giardinara, and calabrese sauce layered together on a baguette. Brushed with garlic olive oil and toasted on the panini grill. Served with a choice of fruit, fries, cup of soup, or mixed greens.
GRILLED CHEESE AND TOMATO SOUP
Melted sharp cheddar cheese, fresh roma tomatoes and basil layered between toasted brioche bread. Served with a cup of creamy tomato basil soup.
MARGHERITA FLATBREAD & CAESAR
1⁄2 Margherita flatbread served on a wooden flatbread board with a side Caesar salad.
