MARGHERITA PIZZA
Housemade pizza dough brushed with pesto oil, and baked with margherita tomato sauce (hand crushed Italian plum tomatoes with garlic, olive oil, and basil), shredded fontinella, and fresh mozzarella. Garnished with julienned basil.
PEPPERONI PIZZA
Housemade pizza dough brushed with garlic oil and baked with pizza sauce, parmesan, shredded mozzarella, and pepperoni.
SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS PIZZA
Housemade pizza dough brushed with garlic oil and baked with pizza sauce, parmesan, shredded mozzarella, Italian sausage with red and green peppers.
BARBEQUE CHICKEN PIZZA
Housemade dough topped with our signature balsamic barbeque sauce, marinated chicken, grilled red onions, cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Topped with calabrese sauce, ranch dressing, roasted corn, and fresh cilantro.
ITALIAN BEEF PIZZA
Housemade pizza dough sprinkled with sundried tomato powder and brushed with pepperoncini vinaigrette. Baked with provolone, tomato, fontinella, parmesan, and shaved prime rib. Garnished with parmesan, parsley, and giardinera. Served scored with a pizza cutter for guests to cut on their own.
SHRIMP, SPINACH, TOMATO FLATBREAD
Housemade flatbread dough brushed with pesto oil and baked with shredded fontinella, sauteed garlic spinach, margherita tomato sauce, and shrimp.
PROSCUITTO FIG FLATBREAD
Housemade flatbread dough brushed with garlic oil and baked with a gorgonzola-mascarpone schmear (honey, and thyme), marinated figs, shaved prosciutto, and shredded fontinella. Garnished with parsley sprigs.
GRILLED VEGETABLE FLATBREAD
Housemade flatbread dough brushed with pepperoncini vinaigrette and sprinkled with sundried tomato powder, and baked with shredded fontinella, zucchini, mushroom, red onion, margherita tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and asparagus. Garnished with red pepper flakes.
CHICKEN AVOCADO CLUB FLATBREAD
Housemade flatbread dough baked with ranch dressing, sliced provolone, grilled pesto marinated tomatoes, pesto marinated chicken breast, grilled red onions, bacon, shredded mozzarella, and pesto oil. Topped with fresh avocado slices.
Yellowfin Tuna FLATBREAD
Housemade dough topped with balsamic shallots and grape tomatoes then baked. Finished with fresh arugula, avocado slices and tuna marinated in olive oil, cilantro, red onion, and fresh squeezed lime juice.
