PEAR SALAD
Bibb lettuce and arugula tossed with roasted pear dressing, crumbled gorgonzola, craisins, and candied pine nuts. Topped with fresh pear slices and garnished with balsamic glaze.
AHI TUNA SALAD
Ahi tuna seared and sliced dry rubbed with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, coriander, turmeric, and cayenne. Mixed green salad tossed with red wine vinaigrette and red grapes topped with cilantro and toasted sesame seeds garnished with black sesame crostini and balsamic glaze, spicy calabrese sauce
ROAST TURKEY COBB SALAD
Chopped romaine hearts and shredded radicchio tossed with red wine vinaigrette and grated parmesan. Topped with diced oven roasted turkey breast, warm bacon, pesto grape tomatoes, chopped eggs, crumbled gorgonzola, and diced avocado.
BURRATA SALAD
Heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil and burrata cheese served with an heirloom tomato relish. Drizzled with pesto infused oil and balsamic glaze. Fresh basil leaves cracked black pepper, grape tomatoes.
