ANGEL HAIR POMODORO
House made angel hair pasta tossed in pomodoro sauce, white wine vin, garlic, organic grape tomatoes, marinara, parmesan broth and basil. Topped with fresh pulled mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, and garnished with house made pesto and red pepper flakes.
SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS
Spaghetti pasta tossed with marinara or meat sauce. Topped with 3 meatballs and julienned parsley and pameresan. Garnished with extra virgin olive oil.
Ratatouille
Campanelle pasta tossed with seasonal vegetables ( zucchini, summer (yellow) squash, green pepper, red onion) and tomato sauce. Fenel salad (parsley leaf, celery leaf, shaved pecorino, shaved fennel, radish and roasted corn). Tossed in red wine vin and garnished wtih red pepper flakes.
CHICKEN & GOAT CHEESE
Fusilli pasta tossed with goat cheese rosemary cream sauce, garlic, grilled chicken, parmesan, herbs, and goat cheese crumbles. Garnished with crumbled goat cheese, julienned parsley, fresh cracked pepper and a rosemary sprig.
Ravioli
House made ravioli stuffed with ricottta and provolone cheese and sauteed with zucchini,summer squash,coriander and fennel. Topped with candied grape tomatoes, fresh mint and lamb sausage.
BAKED LASAGNA
Ricotta, mascarpone and cream cheese blend layered with housemade pasta sheets, marinara and meat sauce. Topped with mozzarella, oregano and parmesan breadcrumbs. Served with meat sauce and garnished with parsley.
GNOCCHI & AHI TUNA
Housemade ricotta gnocchi sautéed in garlic, herbs, and parmesan cheese. Layered with fresh arugula and topped with tuna marinated in cilantro, lime, red onion, and extra virgin olive oil. Garnished with calabrese vinaigrette.
