4 Oven roasted mushrooms stuffed with fennel sausage, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, and romano cheeses. Served over sugo rosa sauce, topped with seasoned breadcrumbs and a parsley sprig. Served with a soup spoon.

3 Romaine lettuce leaves topped with chicken salad (consists of diced wood-grilled chicken, red onions, green and red bell peppers, roma tomatoes, celery, kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes, crushed red pepper, and lemon vinaigrette (consists of extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, whole grain mustard and other ingredients) (Wraps are topped with ricotta salata cheese and drizzled with a port wine reduction. Served lettuce wraps with a cruet of Calabrian pepper oil.
