Beef, pork, celery carrots, garlic, red wine, and pomodoro sauce, also known as meat sauce.
Campagnolo Sauce
Pomodoro sauce with fennel sausage, onions, garlic, red bell peppers, and white wine.
Chianti Demi Sauce (Chianti)
Chianti wine based sauce with butter, onions, garlic, veal stock, and rosemary.
Gorgonzola Sauce (Gorgonzola)
Heavy cream, gorgonzola cheese, lemon juice, black pepper, salt and mayonnaise.
Lemon Butter Sauce (LB)
White wine, lemon juice, garlic, onions. butter, white pepper and salt.
Marinara (Nara)
Spicy tomato sauce seasoned with extra garlic, crushed red pepper, scallions, and anchovies.
Marsala (Mars)
Marsala wine, butter, onions, black pepper, and salt.
Picchi Pacchiu (Pic Pac)
Fresh crushed tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh basil.
Pomodoro (Pomo)
A fresh, light tomato sauce with garlic, onions, extra virgin olive oil and basil.
Port Wine Fig Sauce (Fig)
Port wine with diced granny smith apples, figs, veal stock, onions, and butter.
Sugo Rosa (Sugo)
A combination of heavy cream sauce and pomodoro sauce. Also known as tomato cream sauce.
