Fresh mussels steamed in a broth of onions, garlic, basil, lemon butter sauce, fresh lemon juice and anise flavor.
Arancini (Arancini)
Risotto mixed with Campagnolo sauce and romano cheese breaded with Panko breadcrumbs and fried. Served with a side o hot marinara sauce. Served with a coffee spoon.
Tomates Caprese Fresh Burrata (Caprese)
Fresh burrata mozzarella cheese on top of red and yellow grape tomato halves, red onions, fresh basil, kosher salt, black pepper, balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil. A cruet of extra virgin olive oil is brought to the table and drizzled on top of the cheese. Serve with a soup spoon.
Shrimp Scampi (Scampi)
8 Sautéed shrimp with garlic, salt, and black pepper served in lemon butter sauce, served with 6 pieces of baked ciabatta bread. Served with a soup spoon.
Wood-Fired Italian Wings (Spicy Wings)
14 oz. wood-oven roasted wings seasoned with black pepper and tossed with a spicy Sicilian butter and served with cold gorganzola sauce. Spicy Sicilian butter consists of Calabrian peppers, red wine vinegar, black pepper, crushed red pepper, and salt. Gorgonzola sauce is heavy cream, gorgonzola cheese, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, an mayonnaise. Served with a coffee spoon and wet naps (1 per person+1extra)
