Pasta (general info)
- Served with a choice of cup of soup or side salad.
- Can substitute whole grain spaghetti on all pasta dishes except lasagne, mezzaluna, or lobster ravioli.
- Some dishes can be made with GF Casarecce pasta (made from corn, rice flour, corn starch, and quinoa, similar to penne in size and texture, but visibly different.) excludes spaghetti & meatballs or sausage, Lasagne, Lobster Ravioli, Mezzaluna and Linguine & White Clam Sauce.
Lasagne (Lasagne)
Wide, flat pasta, layered (5) with mozzarella, ricotta, romano cheeses, bolognese and pomodoro sauce, then baked. (2 sauces+3 cheeses=5layers)
Mezzaluna (luna)
“Half-moon” shape. 14 hand-made pastas stuffed with a mixture of finely ground chicken, spinach, ricotta cheese and fresh herbs in a tomato cream sauce.
Lobster Ravioli (Lobster Ravioli)
9 Ravioli stuffed with tender Maine lobster tossed in a white wine cream sauce with diced roma tomatoes.
Linguine Positano (Positano Chix)
Linguine fini pasta (thin linguine) tossed with sliced wood-grilled chicken and our picchi pacchiu sauce, made of fresh crushed tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil. Garnished with basil leaf.
Spaghetti (Spag/Mb, Spag/Sausg, Spag/Ms, Spag/Saus/Mb/ms)
Tossed with pomodoro sauce. For and additional charge add: Housemade meatballs (3)
Housemade fennel sausage (2)
bolognese (meat) sauce
or 1 sausage, 2 meatballs, and meat sauce.
Fettuccine Carrabba (Fett Carrabba)
Fresh fettuccine pasta tossed with alfredo sauce, mushrooms, peas, and wood-grilled chicken.
Fettuccine Weesie (Weesie)
8 shrimp sautéd in lemon butter sauce with mushrooms, basil, garlic, and green onions, served over fresh fettuccine alfredo.
Cavatappi Franco (Franco Chix)
Cavatappi pasta tossed with sliced wood-grilled chicken, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, broccoli and kalamata olives in garlic and oil. Topped with ricotta salata cheese.
Linguine & White Clam Sauce (Ling White Clams)
Linguine fini pasta (thin linguine) tossed with 6 clams, white clam sauce (clam sauce base and alfredo sauce) and green onions.
Shrimp and Scallop Linguine Alla Vodka (Shrp/Scalp Ling)
Linguine fini pasta (thin linguine) tossed with shrimp and bay scallops and cooked in a tomato cream, marinara, and vodka sauce. Garnished with a basil flower.
