8 oz. wood-grilled salmon topped with diced roma tomatoes, diced cucumber, and copped dill in our lemon butter sauce.

4 Shrimp and 4 Sea Scallops lightly breaded with seasoned breadcrumbs, skewered and wood-grilled, topped with lemon butter sauce.
Wood-Grilled Tilapia (Tilapia Rst Tom)
Wood-Grilled tilapia seasoned with grill seasoning and olive oil, topped with oven roasted grape tomatoes, balsamic glaze and fresh basil.
Mahi Wulfe (Mahi Wulfe)
7 oz. mahi lightly breaded with seasoned breadcrumbs and wood-grilled. Topped with lemon-butter sauce with basil, artichoke hearts and sundried tomatoes.
Cioppino (Cioppino)
Mediterranean style seafood stew with 3 oz. of white fish, 6 shrimp, 8 bay scallops, 6 muscles, 4 clams, in a sauce consisting of marinara sauce, alfredo base, and tomatoe fennel stock (fennel, yellow onion,garlic, fennel seeds, crushed red pepper, chopped tomatoes, and sun-dried tomatoes). Served with back ciabatta bread, a muscle fork, soup spoon, and extra bowl for shells. *No Side Option.
Prosciutto-Wrapped Shrimp (Shrimp Skewer)
2 skewers of 4 shrimp wrapped in prosciutto, wood-grilled and served over orzo pasta that is sautéed with chicken stock and mixed with parsley, roma tomatoes, celery, kalamata olives, red onion, green and red bell peppers, salt and black pepper in lemon vinaigrette dressing and topped with lemon butter. Garnished with a grilled lemon.
