Chicken Bryan (Bryan)
8 oz. seasoned wood-grilled chicken breast topped with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, basil and lemon butter sauce.
Pollo Rosa Maria (Rosa)
8 oz. seasoned wood-grilled chicken breast topped with fontina cheese and prosciutto, and mushroom basil lemon butter sauce.
Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Arugula (Parm Arugula)
2-4 oz. sautéed chicken breasts crusted with parmesan cheese and Panko breadcrumbs topped with fresh arugula. Arugula is tossed in the lemon vinaigrette and topped with red and yellow tomato halves and shaved parmesan cheese. Garnished with a grilled lemon.
Tuscan-Grilled Chicken (Grilled Chix)
8oz. seasoned wood-grilled chicken breasts basted with grill baste and grill seasoning.
Chicken Marsala (Chix Marsala)
8 oz. seasoned wood-grilled chicken breast topped with a sauce of mushrooms, Lombardo marsala wine, and butter.
Chicken Parmesan (Chix Parm)
Two 4 oz. pieces of boneless chicken breast coated with Mama Mandola breadcrumbs, sautéed in olive oil and topped with pomodoro sauce, romano cheese, and melted mozzarella cheese.
Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin (Pork Tenderloin)
3 pieces of pork tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto, seasoned, wood-grilled, and topped with port wine fig sauce.
Veal Marsala (Meal Mars)
Three 2 oz. pieces of veal pounded thin, sautéed and deglazed in chicken stock topped with mushrooms, Lombardo marsala wine and butter.
Chianti Chicken (Chianti Chix)
8 oz. seasoned wood-grilled chicken topped with chianti demi sauce served with an arugula salad (consists of Arugula, apples, red grapes, and toasted hazelnuts. Tossed in a lemon vinaigrette dressing.) *Does NOT come with a side option, recommend a cup of soup instead of a side salad.
