We cannot make gluten-free zucca chips. The quality of the zucca chip is compromised by not using flour to coat them - AND the fryers always have traces of flour in them.

What is Burrata?
Burrata is a ball of hand-pulled mozzarella with creamy cheese curd (called stracciatella) on the inside.

Grilled Ciabatta bread (brushed with garlic oil) topped with Crescenza cheese (rich and creamy cow’s milk cheese, nutty in flavor), grilled asparagus, and Prosciutto di Parma.

One whole artichoke poached until tender (in water, thyme, lemon, mirepoix, and peppercorns) and then grilled with oil salt & pepper. Garnished with truffle oil, Maldon sea salt, grana padano, and herb mix.

No, not only is it served with grilled bread, but the meatballs themselves contain bread crumbs.
Describe the Steamed PEI Mussels. What does PEI stand for?
16 oz. of PEI Mussels sautéed and steamed with garlic, spicy salami, oregano, thyme and white wine. Finished with a touch of butter and served with grilled bread. PEI stands for Prince Edward Island, where the mussels are farmed (East coast of Canada).
