Describe the Irish Oats & Apples.
Steel Cut Oats cooked in milk, cream, cinnamon, and brown sugar, served with roasted apples and brown sugar foam.
What comes with the Americano and what must you ask the Guest?
Two eggs, bacon, crispy potatoes, and grilled bread. Ask how the Guest would like their eggs prepared.
Describe the Frittata.
Baked frittata made with egg, potato, braised greens, and red onion. Topped with melted smoked mozzarella cheese and served with fresh arugula & grilled bread.
Describe the Short Rib Hash. Why is this not considered a “traditional hash”?
Two sunny side up eggs served over braised short rib and potato hash (roasted potato, yellow onion, piquillo pepper & calabrian chili paste) and grilled bread. Granished with fresh arugula and saba. This dish is not a traditional hash, the potatoes, pepers, and onions are sauteed together into a “hash”, then the short rib is braised in it’s own jus, then placed on top of the vegetable hash.
What comes on the Fried Egg Sandwich?
Two over medium eggs, fontina cheese, sliced tomato and bacon served on grilled house made focaccia bread. Served with crispy potatoes & lemon aioli.
Can egg whites be substituted in any egg dish?
Yes, there is no extra charge.
Describe the Nonna.
Two sunny side up eggs served on top of a casserole of sausage, torn ciabatta bread and marinara sauce garnished with grana padano.
What is in the egg scramble? What is it served with?
Asparagus, spinach, roasted mushrooms, zucchini and grated prairie breeze white cheddar. Served with grilled bread.

Cinnamon and sugar dusted french toast topped with fresh berries and whipped cream. Served with a side of maple syrup.

Two eggs cooked any style, served with creamy white polenta, braised greens (kale, swiss chard, garlic) & grilled bread. Ask how the Guest would like their eggs prepared.
