Describe the Grilled Chicken Sandwich.
Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast (marinade: garlic, basil, oregano, rosemary, oil, lemon zest) served on house made focaccia bread and topped with lemon aioli, Smoked Mozzarella, Apricot Mostarda, and Arugula (tossed with EVOO and salt).
What two things should be asked with all sandwiches?
All sandwiches come with either a side of Crispy Potatoes or a mixed greens salad dressed in white balsamic vinaigrette. ALSO, be sure to ask if the dressing/sauce that comes with the sandwich is ok. (Example: Mayo on the Burger)

Mortadella, Molinari Soppressata, Calabrese Salami, Provolone Piccante, and Giardiniera served on grilled house-made focaccia bread with pesto aioli (lemon aioli mixed with our pesto).
Describe the Ruscan Chicken Salad sandwich.
Chicken salad (6 oz. roasted and pulled chicken breast, mayo, Dijon mustard, celery, red onions, parsley, red wine vinegar) is served on grilled house-made focaccia bread with melted fontina cheese, sliced vine ripe tomatoes & olive tapenade.
Describe the Caprese Sandwich.
Burrata Cheese, Campari Tomatoes, Romaine (tossed in red wine vinaigrette), tomato “jam”, basil pesto & balsamic reduction served on our house - made focaccia bread.
