Marinated Double Airline Chicken Breast (basil, oregano, rosemary, lemon zest, garlic, oil) grilled then pan roasted, finished with a lemon roasted chicken jus. Served roasted butternut squash, broccolini, and brussels.

Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon served with fregula (cooked with butter, and grana padano cheese), mushrooms & arugula. Garnished with horseradish gremolata, breadcrumbs and saba.

7oz. Pork Tenderloin wrapped in a mushroom and pork farce (made of pork, cream, mushroom, and thyme) then wrapped in prosciutto. Served with great northern beans (white beans, water, thyme, bay leaf, butter), roasted broccolini & tomato jam.

6 oz. Pan Seared Diver Scallops served with both celery root risotto and puree. Topped with crispy shallots, gremolata & crispy pancetta.

12 oz. CAB New York Strip, pan seared and served with smashed potatoes, roasted cipollini onions & swiss chard. Finished with a marsala sauce

6 oz. Flattened chicken breast breaded with Panko bread crumbs and gently pan-fried until crispy. It is topped with tomato sugo and finished under the broiler with provolone and mozzarella cheeses. Served over rigatoni in a parmesan cream sauce.
