Describe the Bruschetta.
Grilled ciabatta bread that is lightly brushed with garlic oil, then topped with crescenza cheese, grilled asparagus and prosciutto di Parma.

No.

No, but the prosciutto can be substituted for mushrooms, tomatoes, etc.
Describe the Grilled Artichoke small plate
Three artichoke halves that are poached with thyme, lemon, mirepoix and peppercorns until tender. It’s then finished on the grill with oil, salt and pepper.

Garlic butter, truffle oil, Maldon sea salt flakes and Grana Padano cheese.

It’s garnished with a balsamic reduction over the asparagus.
